Tunneling happens when a candle burns straight down the center, leaving hard wax around the edges. To prevent this, always let your candle burn long enough on the first light so that the melted wax pool reaches the edges of the jar (usually 2-3 hours).

We recommend burning your candle for 2 to 4 hours at a time. Burning it for longer can cause the glass to overheat and the wick to mushroom, reducing the lifespan of the candle.

Black soot usually means the wick is too long. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch (about 6mm) before every single burn to ensure a clean, soot-free flame.

For safety reasons, you should stop burning your candle when there is about 1/2 inch (1.2cm) of wax left at the bottom of the jar. This prevents the glass from overheating and potentially cracking.

Yes! Once your candle has finished, carefully wash the jar with warm, soapy water. They make excellent planters for succulents, makeup brush holders, or storage for small trinkets.

Bumpy or uneven tops after burning are a natural characteristic of 100% pure soy wax. It does not affect the performance, scent, or quality of your candle—it simply proves you are burning a natural product!

We currently ship all across India.

Since our candles are hand-poured in small batches in Jodhpur, processing takes 1-3 business days. Standard delivery within India takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

We pack our candles with extreme care, but accidents during transit can happen. If your candle arrives damaged, please email us at info@candlecraftsman.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
